Return & Refund Policy

At Rarexmart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Items like perishable goods, customized products, and software downloads are non-returnable.

Our team will assist you with the return pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet as per your preference.

Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item after delivery.
