Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by location:

Urban areas: 2–5 business days

Rural areas: 4–8 business days

You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If the package is not accepted or cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us.

If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
